Deluxe Avocado and Smoked Salmon Toast

Every Saturday morning after the gym we indulge in this delicious brunch treat. We have all had Avocado on toast before but when you add the other toppings it takes it to a whole other level. Using Potato bread you get an extra crunch that cant be replicated with regular bread. For this recipe we use “Ghost in the darkness” hot sauce from Pepper Palace. This gives an overall sweet and smoky flavor to the avocado.

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado

  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice

  • 0.25 tsp Garlic Salt

  • 0.5 tsp Hot Sauce

  • 0.25 cup Arugula

  • 45 gram Smoked Salmon lox

  • 40 Gram Cucumber

  • 2 Slice Potato Bread

  • Fresh cracked Pepper to taste

Directions

  • Place bread in toaster oven and cook until desired crispness
  • In a small bowl mix Avocado, Hot sauce, Garlic salt and half the Lemon Juice
  • Place Avocado mix onto toasted bread
  • Mix remaining lemon juice with Arugula
  • Top with the Smoked Salmon, Cucumber and Arugula mix. Add Pepper to taste
