Hair is even mentioned in the bible, according to 1 Corinthians 11: 15, “but for a woman, if her hair is abundant, it is a glory to her; for her hair is given to her for a covering.”

So being my curious self I decided to do some research on how women have taken care of their hair from regions around the world.  The majority of the natural hair care traditions have been passed on over generations, I have tried a few of them myself where the ingredients were available and seen great results in my hair.  A few of these may surprise you with their effectiveness.
